Reflection Paper Media Education and Information Literacy

The seminar was a great experience for us student most especially we the multimedia students since its part of our courses, the media education and information literacy. The first speaker was so energetic and it made us interested with the talk, and in addition he was talking about social media which is commonly popular in this generation. We learned the relevancy of social media and how to use it properly since every social media has its platforms and purposes which differs to each other and that’s why people are using different kinds of social media. We also learned its danger and threat to us users but despite of that it’s still a really helpful media if it’s going to use in a good way. The 2^nd speaker Ms.Ebilane shared her experience with information literacy some of it was a funny thing but it can really helped in the future of students to avoid further problems in terms of information literacy and also on how to use information literacy in a good and proper way, most importantly where to get information with legitimacy. We thanks the organizer for the wonderful and knowledgeable seminar, we also really had fun while learning since the speakers are joyful and entertaining not just like some speakers who are too much serious. Again this successful seminar is a 10 out of 10.
